Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 June 2026
This policy explains what Notify collects and how it's handled. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
Account data: your email address and display name.
Notification content: the payloads you send (category, template, data) so they can be delivered and shown.
Session & audit data: session tokens and, for active sessions, the IP address and user-agent — used to keep you signed in and to let you review your sessions.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data.
Where it lives
Account and token data are stored in Cloudflare D1; in-flight notifications are queued in per-user Cloudflare Durable Objects. Your full notification history is also stored locally on your own device by the desktop app — that local copy is yours and is not uploaded back to us.
How long we keep it
Account data is retained while your account exists. The server-side delivery queue keeps only the most recent messages per user (a bounded buffer for offline replay), not a permanent archive.
Your choices
You can revoke API tokens and sign out sessions from the console. To delete your account and the data associated with it, contact us (self-service account deletion is coming); removing the desktop app clears the local history on that device.
