Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

This policy explains what Notify collects and how it's handled. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and display name.
Notification content: the payloads you send (category, template, data) so they can be delivered and shown.
Session & audit data: session tokens and, for active sessions, the IP address and user-agent — used to keep you signed in and to let you review your sessions.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data.

Where it lives

Account and token data are stored in Cloudflare D1; in-flight notifications are queued in per-user Cloudflare Durable Objects. Your full notification history is also stored locally on your own device by the desktop app — that local copy is yours and is not uploaded back to us.

How long we keep it

Account data is retained while your account exists. The server-side delivery queue keeps only the most recent messages per user (a bounded buffer for offline replay), not a permanent archive.

Your choices

You can revoke API tokens and sign out sessions from within the desktop app. To delete your account and the data associated with it, contact us (self-service account deletion is coming); removing the desktop app clears the local history on that device.
